Can you file Chapter 13 bankruptcy if you have filed Chapter 7?
I filed Chapter 7 three years ago, does that disqualify me from filing a Chapter 13 before seven years or ten years? Thanks for the thoughtful responses.
Under the new bankruptcy laws, you are allowed to file Chapter 13 after years of a Chapter 7 discharge. You can NOT file another Chapter 7 for 8 years.
